Slack, scheduled exports,
and Xero — connected in minutes.

Kitscore doesn't have a public API yet. These three integrations cover what agencies actually ask for day to day, and each one takes under five minutes to set up.

Where we actually stand. No public API, no Zapier, no live Xero sync, no webhooks — yet. What's below is real and works today; anything not listed is roadmap, not shipped. If a specific integration would decide whether Kitscore works for your team, tell us — hello@kitscore.co — and we'll scope it honestly rather than promise a date we can't keep.

Slack digest

Score changes, contract milestones, and deliverable deadlines posted straight to a channel.

  1. In Slack, go to api.slack.com/apps → Create New App → From scratch. Name it anything (e.g. "Kitscore") and pick your workspace.
  2. In the app settings, open Incoming Webhooks and toggle it on.
  3. Click Add New Webhook to Workspace, choose the channel you want digests posted to, and authorize it.
  4. Copy the webhook URL Slack gives you — it starts with https://hooks.slack.com/services/...
  5. In Kitscore, go to Roster → Team → Integrations, paste the URL into Slack digest, and click Save.
  6. Click Send test to confirm it landed in the right channel before relying on it.
Live today One digest per day your account has something to report — never an empty ping.

Scheduled roster export

The same CSV as the manual export, emailed to you automatically.

  1. In Kitscore, go to Roster → Team → Integrations.
  2. Under Scheduled roster export, choose Weekly (every Monday) or Monthly (the 1st of the month) — or leave it Off.
  3. That's it — no further setup. The export goes to the account owner's email as a CSV attachment.

Columns: creator, niche, trust score, health tier, active deals, overdue count, revenue this month, commission owed, and date linked.

Xero-formatted commission export

Every outstanding commission line as a CSV, ready to import into Xero as Bills.

  1. In Kitscore, go to Roster → Team → Integrations and click Download Xero CSV. One row is generated per creator with commission currently owed.
  2. In Xero, go to Business → Bills to pay → Import.
  3. Upload the CSV. Xero will ask you to map the AccountCode column (and confirm tax treatment) to match your own chart of accounts — this is deliberate, not a missing field: Kitscore has no way to know your account codes, and guessing wrong fails the whole import rather than just that field.
  4. Review the mapped bills and complete the import.
Not a live sync Nothing pushes to Xero automatically. This is a formatted download you import on your own schedule.

What's on the roadmap

Not built yet — listed so you know what to expect, and what to ask for.

IntegrationWhat it would do
Public REST APIKeyed read access to your roster, deals, and payouts from your own systems.
WebhooksOutbound events — deal signed, escrow released, deadline missed — pushed to an endpoint you control.
ZapierConnects Kitscore to almost everything else, but needs the API above first.
Live Xero syncBills created in Xero automatically via OAuth, instead of a CSV you import yourself.
Google Sheets syncA roster tab that refreshes itself rather than a one-off export.
SSO / SAMLSign in through your own identity provider.
