This page explains how to request deletion of the data Kitscore holds about you, including data received through connected YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, or Discord accounts. It is not legal advice. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.
1. What deletion means
You can ask us to delete two categories of data:
Connected-platform data — the account ID, handle, and public statistics we received when you connected a YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, or Discord account, plus the access/refresh token for that connection.
Your full Kitscore account — everything above, plus your profile, evidence submissions, and evaluation history. Note that deleting evidence tied to a mutually confirmed campaign may affect the accuracy of historical Trust Score and Reliability Score records, and we may be required to retain certain billing records regardless of your request.
Go to Account Settings → Connected Platforms to remove a single YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, or Discord connection, or Account Settings → Delete Account to remove your full Kitscore account.
Confirm the request. Connected-platform data is removed immediately; full account deletion is processed within 30 days.
Use the subject line "Data deletion request" and tell us whether you want a specific platform connection removed or your full account deleted.
We confirm receipt within 1 business day and complete the deletion within 30 days, then send you a confirmation email.
3. Instagram-specific deletion
If you disconnect Instagram from within Kitscore, we delete the associated access token and cached statistics immediately. Disconnecting inside Kitscore does not automatically revoke Meta's own authorization — to fully revoke Kitscore's access on Meta's side as well, go to your Instagram or Facebook account settings → Apps and Websites, find Kitscore, and remove it. If Meta notifies us that you've revoked access there first, we delete the associated data on our end within 30 days without you needing to also contact us.
4. Twitch-specific deletion
If you disconnect Twitch from within Kitscore, we delete the associated access token and cached statistics immediately. To also revoke Kitscore's authorization on Twitch's side, go to your Twitch connected accounts settings, find Kitscore, and disconnect it there as well.
5. Discord-specific deletion
If you disconnect Discord from within Kitscore, we delete the associated access token and cached server statistics immediately. To also revoke Kitscore's authorization on Discord's side, go to your Discord Authorized Apps settings, find Kitscore, and remove it there as well.
6. What happens after a request
Connected-platform tokens are revoked and deleted from our database.
Cached public statistics tied to that connection are deleted.
For full account deletion, your profile and evidence are removed from active use; some records may be retained in backups for a limited period or as required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes, consistent with Section 9 of our Privacy Policy.
